Rotate the lower end of the caliper into position Caliper guide pin bolts and tighten to 200 inch lbs. (23 Nm) Banjo bolt with new washers on each side of the hose fitting and tighten to 35 ft. lbs. (47 Nm) Wheels Negative battery cable
Once you get the bolts out of the bed, determine if you are going to reuse the bed bolts or purchase new ones. I priced them at ford garage for $10 something a piece. You may need to replace the clips that the bolts thread into. They slip over the frame rail to keep from spinning when you turn the bolt.
For an A1 fs, yeah you can reuse one. For other styles, it depends, by design even a new one will be slightly off balance so if it's for a large diameter FS go for it, but if it's for a caliber sized FS or silencer or even a FS that needs proper alignment, not only should you not reuse one but you should use a peel washer instead, that way you reduce the risk of a bullet hitting an off aligned FS.

Aug 11, 2007 · I refitted it all today with appropriate plumbing alterations to suit the different tank, and found I have a leak at the fuel feed banjo despite using new crush washers. I tried the 22Nm torque setting but even at 30 it still leaked.
Dec 19, 2020 · Banjo bolts can make a very tight seal, and are often fitted with washers to prevent leaks. As long as a technician installs a bolt properly, it should hold without leaks and other issues. Over time, the washer may eventually fail, requiring replacement to prevent system leaks.
They are just solid copper washers from memory. They often stick to the banjo bolt or banjo union and can be difficult to spot so check them carefully as they may well be present. If this was the cause of pedal creep then they'd also be covered in fluid. Most diesels suffer some pedal creep
